We only accept returns of unopened and sealed CDs or DVDs for refund or exchange
due to the increased practice of illegal copying of sound carriers.

2. Shipping, Handling and Payment
Payment can be done with CC through PAYPAL SECURE PAYMENT, (www.paypal.com) ,
by Bank Transfer or by Cash on Delivery.
(Please note that COD is only available in european countries with EURO-currency).
With COD your national postal service will charge extra for their services.
The CDs will be shipped once the payment by Bank Transfer, PayPal Secure Payment
or Western Union Money Transfer has arrived
3. CD Return
We garantee a 2 weeks right to return unused and sealed CDs and cassettes.
If you want to return any CDs or DVDs, please call, write or email us.
Send the unused and sealed articles to
ILS , U.Masshoefer,
Hauptstr. 23 b, D- 37124 Rosdorf Germany ,
together with the invoice and your bank account information, which we need to refund your money
as quickly as possible.
