A guided Relaxation

Veetman guides the listener into a deep extended physical relaxation,
then giving suggestions for witnessing the body dying , with metaphors
and respectful suggestions for the realization of our deathlessness as pure eternal consciousness.

This relaxation will cause the listener to re-examine and challenge
conditioned beliefs about his/her assumed identification with body
and mind.
